Deepali Jain
Founder | President | CEO
Ms. Jain is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of KriaaNet, Inc. Her primary focus is on leading the strategic growth and direction of the firm, while ensuring the highest level of customer and employee satisfaction. As a major in accounting, Ms Jain is responsible for company’s profitability while delivering KriaaNet’s promise of quality, high value solutions and performance. As a Cisco certified Engineer herself, Ms Jain along with her Senior management team, work closely with federal government clients and industry partners to help customers realize their mission. Through social media, Ms Jain is very connected with the industry. As one of the original founders ten years ago, Ms Jain has always looked at her role through a different lens. Her philosophy is simple: follow passions, create, and work hard. This growth philosophy and work ethic helped to transform an infrastructure small business into one of the fastest growing government contractors in the D.C. Metropolitan area.
Shailendra Jain

Mr Jain is an accomplished CTO and founding member of KriaaNet Inc. Mr Jain has over 23 years of demonstrated success in the IT Industry and expertise in the US Federal and Commercial markets. Throughout his professional career including KriaaNet Inc and 16+ Years at Cisco as an Engineering leader, Mr Jain has worked to build a top-notch technical team. He constantly inspires employees to achieve above and beyond personal and professional goals, while focusing on results and accountability. As a CCIE, he is recognized as a savvy and highly motivated, hands-on Player-Coach Technical Leader with strengths in building influential customer/partner relationships, leading executive conversations and taking ownership working with cross-functional teams. He has successfully run numerous multi-million dollars programs in his various roles at Fortune 500 companies.
Sachin Chandra
SVP, Growth and Innovation | CTO
Sachin joins KriaaNet in a dual hatted role of VP for Growth and Innovation and Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Sachin is a proven leader who combines his entrepreneurial acumen with a strong technology and innovation mindset to drive value for Federal customers, resulting in long term capability focused growth.
His track record includes new customer acquisition across Defense and Civilian markets. He provides strategic solutions, applying his acumen with IT modernization including Agile DevOps, Data Analytics, AI/ML, Cloud, Cyber/IA/ZeroTrust, Digital Transformation Services, as well as data center facility, logistics and professional management requirements.
He is intimately familiar with implementation of procurement solutions for contract writing, workflow/workload management, enterprise data integrations – having provided both technology recommendations and cost-effective solution strategies to various Federal customers. He has also provided leadership with Health Solutions to include Electronic Health Record (EHR) programs; Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) IT support, medical device implementations, SCADA/cybersecurity, health analytics, and health research programs.
John Metzger

John is the Sales Director responsible for managing KriaaNet’s focus on expanding successful IT mission-based outcomes for our clients in the federal government and with select federal systems integrators. John brings over 30 years of experience supporting federal government agency mission goals through the implementation of IT based technology solutions. Before joining KriaaNet, John held sales and business development positions for various companies, including MCI Telecommunications, SafeNet, Blue Ridge Networks, LTI DataComm, Integrio Technologies, Sysorex Government Solutions and Integration Technologies Group. John earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from James Madison University and an MBA from George Washington University.

Ms. Barro has been an experienced Sales Representative for over 4 years in the industry. Ms. Barro graduates with a bachelor’s degree of Science in Entrepreneurship with Latin honors. She has an experience in customer service, in sales, and in real estate companies. She is a team player and is responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Her scope also includes routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. Ms. Barro plays a fundamental role in achieving the company’s ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Ritesh Verma is a certified accountant with more than 7 years of experience in Bookkeeping and Taxation. He is one of the members of the leadership team and manages all the bookkeeping and finances of KriaaNet, Inc. Ritesh has a background in accounting and an advanced business degree. Ritesh also has experience analyzing data to make recommendations on financial and organizational strategies. Ritesh helps KriaaNet with a firm grasp of financial technology and its ongoing evolution, the options available, and our applications, and makes adequate and accurate financially sound decisions about IT investments and infrastructure to communicate with and educate staff to ensure full adoption across the organization.
